While I was running ItsGoinOn and MyDoorman, my partner was notified that Pepperdine Universities' Senior Advertising 475 class was looking for a fresh new company in technology to work with. The professor, knowing my partner, asked if we would mentor her advertising class and let them design and develop advertising campaigns for our company. In return, we would mentor them on strategy, design, ad buying, execution and tracking their campaigns. Since I was already a designer working professionally in this field, it made me feel great to share my real world knowledge with them. We were honored to be selected out of all the students options they had. They chose us... we accepted the challenge. The company chosen in the previous year was Tom's Shoes. It was a wonderful experience.
